Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to consultation packages and services purchased from Wristrestore. Please read this policy carefully before booking a session.
Nature of Services
Our offerings are consultation-based lifestyle and nutritional guidance services delivered through scheduled sessions. Because these are personal services rather than physical products, standard product return policies do not apply in the traditional sense.
Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled appointment, at your choice.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.
Package Refunds
For multi-session packages (Phase Blueprint Package and Extended Guidance Series):
- Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested before the package is more than 50% completed.
- Digital materials provided as part of a package are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to infocenter@wristrestore.world.
Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you have concerns about a charge or service experience, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
